Cheryl H. Culen, MSN, FNP, PMHNP is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, family nurse practitioner, and primary care practitioner licensed in Illinois and Arizona since 2007. When necessary she delivers care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver a family-oriented care experience.
She has been extensively trained in family-centric general health care and is a medical cannabis expert provider that understands how medical marijuana interacts and may help with all the Illinois Debilitating Medical conditions that qualify for a medical card.
As an FNP, she performs preventative, diagnostic, and treatment procedures for a variety of acute and chronic diseases, conditions, and injuries.
Cheryl has been a long-time advocate for medical cannabis and believes that it can help with managing numerous patient medical conditions and symptoms that patients experience.
